Request permanent deletion of your SARATHI account
This page is the official external deletion pathway for the SARATHI mobile app. You do not need to reinstall the app to submit a request.
- Email us from the same email address used for your SARATHI account.
- Use the subject “SARATHI Account Deletion Request”. Include the registered account email in the message.
- Complete ownership verification if requested. We may send a confirmation to the registered email before processing the deletion.

Never send your password, OTP, recovery code, or payment details.
Data deleted after verification
- Your SARATHI authentication account and profile
- Journeys, blueprints, routes, goals, progress, actions, and timeline memories
- Journal entries and synchronized app data
- SARATHI AI usage and account-control records linked to your account
Important exceptions
- Deleting your SARATHI account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play or App Store subscription.
- App stores and payment providers may retain transaction records under their own legal and accounting obligations.
- Data stored only on your device cannot be erased remotely; uninstall SARATHI or clear its app storage to remove local copies.
Processing: verified deletion requests are normally completed within 30 days. We will send a confirmation to the registered email when the request is complete. SARATHI may retain only limited records when required by law, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting obligations.
